Registration for Students and LMIC Delegates

Student and LMIC Registration

All registration prices are listed in Singapore dollars (SGD). Registration for both IMRP and AVG is in person only. Registration entitlements include:

 

• Access to Meeting Sessions - Delegates registered for both Meetings will have access to all scientific sessions on 17-20 September. Those registered for only IMRP or AVG will have access to their selected Meeting's sessions. 

• Daily Catering, including lunch and refreshment breaks.

• Access to networking receptions – Delegates registered for both Meetings will have access to the Networking Drinks Reception on 17 September and the Welcome Drinks Reception on 18 September. Those registered for only IMRP or AVG will have access to the networking functions specific to their selected Meeting.

• Opportunity to purchase tickets to the Conference Dinner, including accompanying person tickets.

 

Late Registrations will become applicable from Wednesday, 6 August 2025.

 

 

Student Delegate Registration (prices in Singapore dollars - SGD)

In order to qualify for the Student Registration rate, we require proof of student status.

You will be required to submit a photo of a valid student ID card or letter from your supervisor using the 'Upload' button in the next page.

LMIC Delegate Registration (prices in Singapore dollars - SGD)

In order to qualify for the LMIC Registration rate, you must be based in a Low or Middle Income Country (LMIC), as classified by the World Bank. Click here to view the World Bank Classification. This initiative aims to enhance global participation and accessibility, ensuring a diverse and inclusive Meeting experience.

Please ensure that you meet the LMIC eligibility criteria before selecting this registration option. Proof of residency or employment in an LMIC may be required.

Registration fees can be refunded in full up to 31 July 2025. 
From 1 August – 31 August 2025, registration fees can be refunded less an administration fee of SGD125. 
Full registrations are transferable. 
Please note, there will be no refunds after 31 August 2025. Exceptional circumstances will be given due consideration and, if approved, refunds will be processed after the conference.
