Thank you for your interest in applying for a scholarship and presenting at RSV2027.

The contribution of presenters is critical and we value your input greatly. Scholarships are available for those from LMICs and Early Career Researchers/Scientists (ECRs). ECRs are defined as individuals who have a maximum of 8 years (whole-time equivalent) of professional experience following the completion of their highest academic degree (e.g., PhD, MD, Master of Public Health) or equivalent.

To complete your scholarship application and submit your abstract for consideration, you will require the following:

  • Proof that you work or reside in a LMIC Country (as defined by the World Bank here), if you’re from an LMIC and applying for a Full Scholarship
  • A letter from your Department Head confirming your ECR/student status
  • A 300-word summary to explain how attendance at the RSV2027 Symposium will impact your studies/ education/ research in the field of respiratory viruses, particularly RSV.
  • Your abstract

If you have any questions regarding your application, please refer to our website FAQs and contact information or email secretariat@rsv2027.org
